New at The Pink Flamenco

In addition to our scheduled Flamenco classes I would like to welcome Erin Dean!!

Hatha Yoga (Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm)--An all levels Hatha yoga class focusing on emotional well-being and body awareness.  We work on building up our minds and bodies to remain fluid, youthful and healthy to sustain us throughout our long lives, incorporating posture and breath work as well as meditation.  Please bring your own mat.  $10 suggested donation.

It will begin Wednesday, October 19th.
