YOGA Tuesday 7-8am with John Trujillo
John's practice came as a means to stretch and loosen from life as a bicycle messenger and amateur bicycle racing. Today his practice is still a release of built up tension from sport but it continues to grow like roots to be a foundation for which to measure quality in life and explore the necessary changes in life without fear. He is hopeful his teaching practice can be a service not only to the community, but especially "at risk youth." Classes can range from vigorous, sweaty vinyasa flows inspired by Ashtanga Yoga or Baptise or subtle movement/ exploring the inner body classes reminiscent of Lauran Janes, an Anusara Inspired teacher John studies with.
